Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

• Engage with customers via a sales-based chat process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and sales-related queries.
• Work towards meeting sales targets and delivering quality customer support.
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism while engaging with clients.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: No prior experience required (Fresher considered)
• Education: Minimum 12th pass
• Languages Known: English, Hindi, and any local Indian language.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with basic Excel
  • Average typing speed is appreciated

Salary Range:

• Min: 600
• Max: 800
